RED AND TRANSPARENT SILICONE
Excellent resistance to temperature (dry air) 200° to 220°C, but in contact with high pressure steam 130° to 140°C or ageing in closed systems without the presence of oxygen. They are absolutely unaffected by ozone, weather and ultraviolet radiation. They are considered good electrical insulators. In contact with flames they burn with difficulty, they are self-extinguishing. Chemical resistance; their resistance to oils and hydrocarbon components is comparable to CR, they are widely used in the food and pharmaceutical areas.
