Management
Today, the company is run by his two sons: Cristian Castro Barrientos, a Business Engineer, who serves as General Manager; and Alejandro Castro Barrientos, who holds the position of Production Manager. Both play complementary roles, which have been key to the growth, development and consolidation of the company, managing to position the MCP Rubber Division brand as synonymous with quality, technology and good service in the national market.

Oriented to serving the chemical, energy, agro-industrial, food and transportation industries, among others.
Mining Division
Aimed at the manufacturing of parts and components for mills, grinding plants and copper concentrate processors for mining companies in Chile.
Shipping Division
Aimed at developing rubber products for shipyards, shipping companies, fishing companies, port companies and others.
Transportation and Automotive Division
Security Division
Aimed at companies with internal tasks for public use or attention. We manufacture safety elements such as non-slip floors, parking accessories, warning strips, etc.

It has fully independent modeling, extrusion, mixing, laboratory, workshop, die-making and storage departments.
Being able to process more than 3,000 tons per year allows us to make the most of our production capacity and process optimization.
The company currently has two production plants, with a total of 20,000 square meters of facilities divided into 3 production plants,
- Floor 1: Pje. Maravillar 1739, Sta. Inés, Viña del Mar.
- Floor 2: Carlos Ibáñez 3010, Achupallas, Viña del Mar
- Floor 3: Av. El Parque 420, Barrio Industrial Gulmue, Concón.

Technology and Certification
The main added value that the company provides to its products is its advanced technology in the development of processes, generating a vision focused on the product and the specific use that the client will give it.
The company is currently ISO 9001-2008 certified, which is the result of the technological development plan implemented this past year. In addition, it is investing close to US$ 3 million in the implementation of a quality laboratory that is unique in measuring the physical and mechanical properties of rubber. In this way, the company will be able to access demanding international markets and form strategic alliances with companies from around the world that wish to produce in Chile.
